We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address
  • Commercial data: product inquiries, quote requests, order history

  • Processing and managing quote requests and orders
  • Client account management and B2B portal access

Processing is based on contractual necessity (order execution), legal obligation (accounting, tax), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform security), and consent (marketing communications, analytics cookies).

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legally required periods thereafter: 10 years for accounting and commercial documents (French law), 3 years for commercial prospecting data (from last contact). Technical data (cookies, logs) is retained for a maximum of 13 months.
